cooking

i thought it was going to be tough cooking for lunch, 
as the matter of fact, it was not. 
on the contrary it was such a pleasure, providing u have everything you need within reach. 
i have saved a lot of time on preparation of my lunch by taking a short cut. no more peeling, cutting, slicing, grinding....know why?
i bought all the spices and ingredients in a bottle - salt n pepper, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, stake marinates all in the powder form and once i weigh the meat either beef, chicken breasts fish or eggs, i just sprinkled those spices on the fillet and in a minute it was ready for either grill, bake, fry or cook without any oil in my Tefal Actifry.
after all, it's only 100 grams of meat and 100 grams of vegetables.
it only took 20 minutes to grill my stake, 15 minutes to bake my fish and chicken breasts and 5 minutes for cooking my vegetables. the result was perfect every time.
